Responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and drive business performance.CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Analyse and model complex datasets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI.
Design, develop, and implement interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for HR that effectively communicate data insights and support decision-making processes.
Create visually appealing and user-friendly visualizations that highlight key trends, patterns, and insights.
Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance, ensuring they are efficient and scalable.
Work closely with other HR team members, including data analysts and business stakeholders, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and industry trends. Propose improvements and enhancements to existing solutions.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Microsoft Power BI certification(s).
