- Assist in preparation and production of pastry and dessert items
- Support senior chefs during daily pastry kitchen operations
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all products
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
- Support high-volume production for multiple food and beverage outlets
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry workstations and equipment
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury kitchen environment
- 1 to 2 years experience in a pastry or professional kitchen role
- Previous experience in an international luxury hotel or large-scale kitchen preferred
- Strong passion for pastry and culinary development
- Ability to work hard, fast, and accurately under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and progress within a structured kitchen environment
