- Support the CEO on organizational and administrative tasks.
- General office management of CEO as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain CEOs calendar, prioritize inquiries and ensure smooth daily planning.
- Coordinate CEOs travels and corresponding expenses.
- Communicate relevant CEO topics with Porsche AG stakeholders.
- Monitor tasks delegated by the CEO and ensure that completed work is achieved within the agreed deadlines.
- Support CEO Office with procurement processes and vendor selection.
- Administer CEO Office policies, directives and compliance reporting.
- Organize and plan workshops, conferences and selected company events.
- Support on business administrative processes such as target agreement/achievement.
- Support CEO Office Team on various operative and strategic projects across all functional business departments.
- Support on organizing and executing board visits with agendas, presentations, minutes.
- Organize and plan relevant company business meetings and townhall meetings.
- Coordinate Porsche Networking Event with various business partners and stakeholders.
- Support on ad-hoc requests for PowerPoint presentations.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other relevant education/training.
- Strong communication (verbal/written), exceptional organization, high initiative, independent task prioritization, handling of confidential information with integrity, building trust with senior management, 'Can do' attitude, attention to detail, and appreciation of formality and structure.
- Experience in CEO Office and/or Executive Assistant roles, focusing on corporate administration with automotive industry knowledge.
- >5 years relevant experience.
- High proficiency in MS Office programs.
- High level of proficiency in English, German and/or Arabic is an advantage.
