This leadership role involves planning large-scale kids' events, designing creative play schedules, and maintaining the highest health and safety standards for a world-class luxury hospitality environment.What You'll Do
- Manage daily operations of the Kids Club and ensure a safe and engaging environment
- Design and oversee delivery of structured, age-appropriate recreational and educational programs
- Lead a multicultural team of childcare professionals, including training and performance supervision
- Plan and execute themed events for up to 250 children, ensuring smooth logistics and guest satisfaction
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, child safeguarding policies, and resort standards
- Liaise with hotel leadership and parents to align guest expectations with program offerings
- Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, Hospitality, or a related field
- 3-5 years in a senior supervisory or managerial role in a childcare or recreation environment
- Proven success in running children's programs and large-scale events
- Strong organizational, team management, and communication skills
- International hospitality experience and multilingual ability are an advantage
