Job Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities
- Review and stay familiar with contract documents, detailed drawings, specifications, and health and safety requirements
- Ensure contractor compliance with contractual standards and approved technical specifications
- Maintain accurate daily records of contractor manpower and equipment resources
- Carry out site supervision and inspections as instructed by the Resident Engineer or Structural Engineer
- Liaise daily with contractors to monitor resource allocation, safety practices, and equipment usage
- Prepare daily reports covering work orders, material deliveries, and inspection activities
- Follow up and implement site instructions issued by the Resident Engineer or Structural Engineer
- Apply and enforce all site quality control and quality assurance procedures
- Perform site measurements and surveying checks for bridge works and related structures
- Coordinate with client project managers during inspections alongside the engineering team
- Monitor contractor QA and QC activities and maintain supporting records
- Assist in preparation of correspondence and documentation in line with contract and site requirements
- Identify site issues and support prompt resolution with the engineering team
- Monitor start-up, commissioning, and handover activities and maintain milestone records
- Maintain records of material tests, inspection reports, and executed works
- Conduct audit inspections to verify conformity with contract documents and contractor submissions
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of experience on similar infrastructure or structural projects
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the UAE
- Experience in roads, bridges, and structural works supervision
- Knowledge of UAE authority requirements and site practices
- RTA approval is preferred
- Strong reporting, coordination, and site inspection skills
- Structural site inspection and supervision
