Our client is a global distribution company that offers Express Deliveries, eCommerce Solutions, 3PL Warehousing & eCommerce Fulfillment, and Freight & Logistics Services.We are looking for a Full-Time Operations Supervisor to join their team in Dubai.This role is reporting to the Customer Service and Operations Manager.Job Responsibilities:

Assist in planning optimized delivery routing and assigning the fleet and drivers to the routes to maximize performance.

Overlook all staff, performance, and operational tasks.

Assist the Customs Clearance Executive & Dispatcher during busy times.

Coach and Mentor the team regularly.

Prepare KPI reports for individuals and operations.

Ensure fleet and company properties are well maintained.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in business administration, or Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

1-3 years work experience in the operation field.

Knowledge and Air / Seaport processes, including Calogi, Mirsal 2.

Fluency in English. Arabic language is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
