We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team in Al Ain Center, collaborating with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.In this role, you will:

Provide administrative support and work directly with Center Head - Al Ain COE – UAE, also provide support to business stream as needed.
Schedule and organize meetings, workshops, appointments, travel arrangements for managers.
Coordinate communications, track and follow-up on requests and identify those of importance which require immediate attention.
Coordinate diary management, oversee flight and hotel bookings, develop complex travel itineraries, and manage schedules and agendas for incoming visitors.
Work closely with all Managers and team onshore and offshore to support any ad hoc requirements.
Assist in the arrangements for training within the region, reward/recognition ceremonies and team events.
Ensure and maintain confidentiality of all communications and documentation.
Ensure Head of Site and manager are properly prepared for meetings, has completed any Action Points from previous meetings and has documents available prior to meetings.
Take meeting minutes and capture action items for management meetings and distribute as required.
Raise fusion expenses and procurement.
Close coordination and support for the teams in Al Ain Center.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to liaise and communicate at all levels, both internally and externally
Strong stakeholder management
Ability to always maintain strict confidentiality
High Initiative combined with high attention to detail
Use of Office product suite – PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, internet
Proven ability in time and diary management and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines and work under pressure is essential
A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a work permit. If your university certificate is from outside the UAE, up-to-date attestations and equivalency are also mandatory (Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications Issued Outside The UAE).
