Work in a brigade where you will be trained in all the basics of the trade.
Prepare mise en place and take part in service within a dynamic environment.
Develop your technical knowledge of different types of preparations, cooking methods, and the use of kitchen equipment.
Manage priorities and communicate effectively with the rest of the team.
