- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow across the team
- Develop annual business plans, including revenue targets and expense budgets
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Maintain high service standards, food quality, and presentation to meet guest expectations
- Address guest feedback and complaints while preserving the outlet's positive reputation
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain patrons
- Track competitor activities and industry trends to enhance restaurant performance
- Manage purchasing, stock control, and food cost management with focus on quality and waste reduction
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Provide leadership, training, and motivation to staff to ensure teamwork and service excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with a minimum of 3 years in management roles
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills in multicultural environments
- Proficiency in English and computer systems such as Micros, Opera, Tahweel, and MS Office
- Ability to deliver results in line with business plans and guest satisfaction goals
