The Center for Brain and Health and the ASPIRE Precision Medicine Research Institute at New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) seek to recruit Research Fellow reporting to Professor Bas Rokers. This is a temporary position, with a duration up to one academic year, depending on the needs of the Center and the availability of the candidate.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in their area of expertise and a passion for mentorship, as well as a commitment to academic excellence and student success. The successful applicant will conduct research and scholarly activities in their area of expertise, collaborate with other faculty members and engage in interdisciplinary projects, participate in academic and administrative duties as required by the department; mentor students and engage in academic advising and support for student success and participate in professional development opportunities offered by the institution; contribute to the academic and intellectual life of the institution and the broader community.Applicants must have a Doctoral degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution and a strong record of scholarly activity, including publications, conference presentations, and grants.For consideration, applicants need to submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae with full publication list, statement of research interests and three letters of reference, all in PDF format.
