Retail Sales Supervisor Fashion Store Operations and Customer Service - Al Futtaim Retail - Dubai, UAE

• Deliver high quality customer service by assisting customers with product information, recommendations, and purchase decisions.
• Maintain strong knowledge of product categories, fashion trends, and brand positioning to support customer needs.
• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations including opening, closing, and duty management responsibilities.
• Supervise store activities in the absence of the Department Manager to ensure smooth retail operations.
• Train new sales staff on point of sale systems and retail procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns at the point of sale to maintain efficient service and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee product receiving, stock display, and merchandise arrangement according to store guidelines.
• Support inventory management activities including stock takes and new store opening preparations.
• Ensure compliance with store policies related to pricing, labeling, and ticketing to prevent pricing errors or losses.
• Guide sales assistants to follow brand merchandising principles and maintain visual presentation standards.
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets and annual revenue goals through proactive customer engagement.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum two years of retail sales experience with exposure to team supervision or leadership responsibilities.
• Knowledge of fashion retail operations and customer service practices.
• Understanding of retail market trends, brand positioning, and customer expectations.
• Ability to work in fast paced retail environments and manage multiple store tasks efficiently.
