An international law firm is seeking a Bilingual Paralegal to join its Disputes & Insurance team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated legal professional with strong academic credentials and solid experience gained within an international law firm environment. The role will support complex disputes and insurance matters, with a particular focus on bilingual legal work.Key Responsibilities
- Provide paralegal support to the Disputes & Insurance team on a range of contentious matters
- Draft, review, and translate legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence (Arabic ? English)
- Assist with case preparation, legal research, and document management
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders as required
- Support lawyers with court filings and procedural requirements
- Maintain accurate records and assist with the organisation of case files
- Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Paralegal within an international law firm
- Western-educated, with a strong academic background in Law
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken), with strong legal translation skills
- Solid understanding of legal principles and dispute processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex documentation
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Prior experience in disputes and/or insurance matters
- Exposure to UAE or Middle East legal systems is preferred but not essential
- Open to candidates currently based overseas and willing to relocate to Dubai
