Overview of the Role:We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Reception Manager to join our Toyota Service Center team in Dubai. As a Reception Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of Service Advisors. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of customer service, acting as a role model and promoting a culture of excellence, enthusiasm, and professionalism in our service receptionWhat You Will Do:
  • Guide the reception team in cultivating an exemplary 'Customer Centric' environment prioritizing exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Promote fundamental Customer Service Values.
  • Ensure accurate transmission of customer and vehicle information.
  • Guarantee that vehicles are 'Fixed Right the First Time' and delivered punctually as promised.
  • Encourage maintenance of a clean, safe, and well-organized reception area.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  • Comply with all departmental procedures and uphold company policies without exception.
  • Monitor and report on the financial performance of employees responsible for selling labor hours and additional services
