- Education: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Web Development, E-commerce or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in web content management, e-merchandising, digital marketing, or an equivalent role. Experience of using Salesforce Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) is a plus
- Technical & Platform Skills:
- Proven proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS), Product Information Management (PIM) and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce backend (e.g., Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud) is highly desirable.
- Understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies for content formatting is a plus.
- E-commerce & Digital Marketing Acumen:
- Solid understanding of e-merchandising principles and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Experience with planning and executing digital campaigns, including promotional offers (sampling, GWP).
- Familiarity with virtual try-on or other innovative digital customer experiences is an advantage.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to coordinate across diverse teams and cultures.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong customer-centric approach.
- Language: Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
