Bartender

• Greet guests and take their drink orders
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Ensure that all drinks are made to the correct specification and presented beautifully
• Keep the bar area clean and well-stocked at all times
• Maintain a good knowledge of all beverages and be able to make recommendations to guests
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Follow all safety and health regulations
• Ensure that the bar area is kept clean and presentable at all times
• Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as necessary

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant or bar
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Good understanding of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Knowledge of safety and health regulations
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
