- A PharmD degree or an MSc in Clinical Pharmacy from a well reputed university is required.
- Completion of a minimum of one of the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties certifications and/or PGY1 training is required
- Supervise and evaluate student performance during clinical rotations, ensuring they meet program
- Develop and implement diverse assessment methods, such as case presentations, team-based learning, and OSCEs, tailored to specific rotation requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and preceptors to ensure students receive a variety of clinical experiences and mentorship.
- Organize and facilitate weekly case discussions and follow-up care planning sessions to enhance students’ critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Coordinate the placement of students at appropriate training sites, addressing logistical needs, and maintaining effective communication with hospital partners.
- Prepare comprehensive training course files in compliance with CAA accreditation requirements and institutional policies.
- Provide individualized support to students during their clinical training, addressing challenges and promoting their professional growth.
- A minimum of 2 years hospital pharmacy experience is required.
- Previous experience in teaching and supervising students in clinical settings is preferred.
- Advanced use of technology in the education process (delivering sessions via presentations, using e-learning systems, reports) is preferred.
- Candidates with strong research output and background experience in the field are preferred.
