1.Communicate regularly with clients to enhance growth and satisfaction.
2.Resolve customer complaints promptly and provide exceptional service.
3.Utilize various communication channels to maintain strong client relationships.
4.Manage queues efficiently to minimize waiting and service times and ensure a positive banking experience.
5.Assist clients in opening business accounts and handling service requests.
6 Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
7.Serve all clients while focusing on the mass segment.
8.Enhance relationships with business banking customers.
Portfolio Growth and Financial Targets:
9.Focus on onboarding new customers.
10.Achieve assigned financial and non-financial objectives.
11.Manage and grow the portfolio effectively, emphasizing increases in liabilities, FX, fees, and trade transactions while meeting overall financial targets.
12.Ensure portfolio growth compared to the previous year.
13.Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to enhance revenue streams.
14.Implement strategies to maximize portfolio growth while minimizing risk, conducting regular SWOT analyses.
15.Focus on cross-selling to increase product share per customer, maximizing revenue from the existing portfolio.
16.Target high transactional and high-value balance companies for onboarding.
17.Conduct regular calls with clients to maintain rapport and identify new business opportunities.
18.Report on portfolio activities, achievements, and challenges to management, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
