Sales/Estimation Engineer -Waterproofing

• The candidate should have a minimum of 4- 5 years of work experience as an Estimation engineer in waterproofing.
• candidate should have the ability to perform various functions which primarily involve providing detailed estimates for a project based on the construction drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
• Candidate should be responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope.
• Candidate should have the capacity to act as a connection between subcontractors, the design team (architects, engineers, consultants), and the client.
• Responsible for preparing and assembling bids and proposals for various contract types.
• The candidate should have the excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and extremely detail-oriented.
• The candidate should have great troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of waterproofing activities.
• The candidate should have the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
