- Administer and optimize multiple SharePoint farms ensuring high availability, performance tuning, upgrades, and security compliance.
- Manage IIS hosting servers, overseeing performance monitoring, patching, and security controls.
- Provide Jira and Confluence administration and consultancy to support cross-functional collaboration.
- Oversee Power BI server administration and lead enterprise data visualization initiatives.
- Manage SQL Server environments including database design, maintenance, integrity, and performance optimization.
- Administer OneDrive for Business and Microsoft 365 workloads including Teams and SharePoint Online.
- Design and maintain enterprise system architecture aligned with current and future business requirements.
- Establish architecture standards, technical procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Lead DevOps initiatives using automation tools such as Octopus and implement CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery strategies for critical applications.
- Evaluate new technologies, define integration methods, and support vendor selection processes.
- Prepare RFP documentation including scope, deliverables, timelines, and evaluation criteria.
- Conduct system performance analysis and recommend architectural improvements.
- Manage technical projects, coordinate internal and external teams, and ensure release quality standards.
- Maintain up-to-date architecture documentation and technical blueprints.
- Minimum 10 plus years of experience in messaging, collaboration platforms, and enterprise system architecture.
- Extensive experience with SharePoint Administration, Microsoft 365 workloads, and OneDrive management.
- Strong background in IIS Server management and SQL Server administration.
- Experience administering Jira, Confluence, and Power BI platforms.
- Proven expertise in system design, infrastructure governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong DevOps knowledge including automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure operations.
- Experience in business continuity planning and disaster recovery strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and RFP development experience.
