Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 15 years of experience as a Contract Engineer or Senior Contract Engineer in Construction projects.
Extensive experience in contract administration, commercial management, procurement, and project cost control.
Strong knowledge of international contract standards, commercial procedures, and risk management practices.
Excellent negotiation, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
