The role will oversee projects from early concept through design, procurement, construction, and handover, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, budgets, timelines, and governance standards.

Lead the end-to-end management of capital construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Develop and implement project strategies, budgets, and schedules while aligning with organisational goals.
Oversee the performance of contractors and consultants to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the alignment of project objectives and expectations.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards throughout project lifecycles.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on project progress and financial performance.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects proactively.
Ensure efficient resource allocation and utilisation across multiple projects.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.
