We’re Hiring: Head of Operations - Luxury Private Members Club | DubaiOur client is preparing to launch an exclusive, high‑end Private Members Club in the heart of Dubai. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Operations to lead the full dining operations journey from pre‑opening through a successful launch and beyond.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all dining operations during pre‑opening, launch, and ongoing operations.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, service standards, and workflows.
  • Build, train, and mentor high‑performing F&B and service teams.
  • Collaborate with culinary, events, and membership teams to create exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety, and brand standards.
  • Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a luxury, members‑first culture aligned with the club’s exclusivity and brand identity.
