Job Type: Full TimeKey Responsibilities
- Process DP World payments within the same day of BOE/ED date.
- Download and merge inbound/outbound documents within defined timelines.
- File Non-Remittance claims within 2 days of receiving final SWB.
- Verify accuracy of documents before processing BOE for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain and update EL master files, invoices, and EDI data.
- Create and forward shipments, ensuring compliance with timelines.
- Check BL for consumables shipments and confirm complete documentation.
- Update BOE numbers, maintain arrival reports, and track all inbound documents.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of information for all shipments.
- Assist with other tasks assigned by the department head as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel; knowledge of Dubai Trade preferred.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and spoken English communication.
- Alert, proactive, and organized attitude.
- Salary: AED 3350-3450 per month.
