Kindergarten (KG )Teacher -Native Speakers

• Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for children aged 3–6 years.

• Foster a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.

• Plan and implement educational activities that promote early literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development.

• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress.

• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and well-being.

• Incorporate play-based and inquiry-led learning approaches.

• Uphold the school’s values and curriculum standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (mandatory).

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a Kindergarten or Early Years setting.

• Native English speaker (South African nationality only).

• Valid teaching certification/license preferred (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed).

• Previous international teaching experience is an advantage.

• Familiarity with British EYFS, Reggio Emilia, or IB PYP framework preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong classroom management abilities.

• Creative, energetic, and nurturing personality.

• Culturally sensitive and adaptable to new environments.

• Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
