Location: DubaiJoin our dynamic team to lead high-end modular kitchen, wardrobe, tile, and complete interior fit-out projects in Dubai.Responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely execution with quality standards and safety protocols in place.Key Responsibilities- Supervise installation of kitchens, wardrobes, tiles, and other interior work on site.
- Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and internal teams to ensure workflow.
- Monitor project timelines, resolve on-site challenges, and report progress.
- Ensure quality checks and client satisfaction at every stage of execution.
- Maintain documentation and follow Dubai municipality regulations and safety standards.Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior/execution work (modular kitchen/fit-outs preferred).
- Strong site management and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
- Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
- Knowledge of local codes and vendor networks is a plus.
