- Provide technical support for gas turbines, steam turbines, and auxiliary systems
- Plan and coordinate planned and unplanned maintenance activities
- Analyze plant performance data focusing on reliability, availability, and maintainability
- Prepare reports supporting billing, performance guarantees, and improvement initiatives
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication
- Prepare technical documentation including procedures, reports, and proposals
- Coordinate with field engineers, vendors, and internal teams for project execution
- Travel to project sites for technical support and project coordination
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in power generation or oil and gas environments
- Experience with turbines or rotating equipment preferred
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Customer-focused with good communication abilities
- Ability to travel for site support and project activities
