- Offer accounting and bookkeeping support to the accounting department
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents as well as records
- Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
- Enter financial transaction data in record books
- Prepare periodic reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements etc
- Stay informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct audits and resolve discrepancies
- Compute taxes
- Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related course
- At least 1 to 2 years of accounting related experience
- Possess a strong understanding of accounting and financial processes
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Should be successfully communicate complex quantitative data to decision-makers
