- Work closely with HRBPs to understand business objectives and support HRBPs in aligning HR strategies accordingly
- Assist HRBPs in managing day-to-day HR operations in all HR-related matters, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development
- Serve as a point of contact for minor HR-related inquiries from employees and managers, providing timely and accurate information and escalating issues as needed
- Ensure that all requests for services are completed within an appropriate time frame
- Assist in handling all HR systems requests, or updates including job description updates (JDx), status changes (Workday), supplemental payment requests (Monthly & One-time), etc.
- Handling all UAE National Exit Interviews and other Exit Interviews as needed
- Support in preparing regular reports and dashboards for HRBPs to facilitate the scheduled meetings with the Senior Leadership
- Contribute in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, which contributes to process improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organization of HRBP engagements (Huddles & Team Events)
- Support HRBPs in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure alignment with NYUAD objectives and best practices
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to manage and update the headcount report, ensuring accurate tracking of staffing levels, workforce changes, and organizational structure
- Analyze headcount data to provide insights and recommendations for workforce planning and decision-making
- Support HRBPs in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms
- Support HRBPs in providing guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters and facilitate performance improvement plans as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Master's degree
- 3+ years of experience in HR support or administrative roles
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Essential office software (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint; Google Docs/Sheets)
- Able to learn new systems quickly
- Proven interest in problem solving, as well as in business and technology related issues
- A strong passion for learning with outstanding analytical aptitude
- Adaptability, as well as skills in dealing with uncertainties
- Ability to adjust in a teamwork environment
- Outstanding leadership capacity with professional veracity and consistency
- Level 5 CIPD or any relevant HR certification
