- Independently fulfill high-profile client requests and demo tasks through various communication mediums.
- Handle escalated customer service issues and vendor communication with discretion.
- Ensure positive customer experiences and provide accurate, timely information.
- Deliver services per contractual agreements and handle requests tactfully.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their preferences and make outbound calls as needed.
- Adhere to high-quality customer service standards and utilize resources effectively.
- Communicate responses clearly, professionally, and concisely, representing clients' brands courteously.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance customer assistance skills.
- Use enterprise solutions to assist customers and manage customer data.
- Follow client and company policies when interacting with customers.
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: University degree in Business Administration, Hospitality & Tourism, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
- Working experiences : 2+ years of experience in customer service.
- Competency: Influencing and communication skills.
- Language requirement : Fluency in English and Arabic, fluency of French is an asset.
