This role is responsible for planning and managing construction logistics activities to ensure smooth project execution without disruption. It supports coordination across multiple contractors, packages, and stakeholders while maintaining efficiency, safety, and compliance.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement construction logistics plans and procedures for infrastructure projects
- Coordinate activities across multiple contractors and project packages to ensure seamless operations
- Organize and lead coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders to address challenges and mitigation plans
- Review contractor agreements to ensure logistics obligations are clearly defined and implemented
- Plan and manage project security procedures in coordination with responsible teams
- Coordinate service connectivity and site access to ensure uninterrupted construction logistics flow
- Interface with procurement and subcontract teams to support tendering and resource allocation
- Coordinate technical personnel and support teams across disciplines
- Prepare weekly and monthly logistics reports for project management
- Attend progress meetings with clients and contractors to provide logistics updates
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure projects with strong exposure to construction logistics
- Proven ability to manage logistics operations on large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of industry practices, regulations, and project coordination processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
