Cementing Technical Coordinator - ADNOC Group - Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Coordinate daily cementing technical activities and validated job programs in the field
• Act as the focal point between technical and operational teams to ensure high-quality operations
• Work independently to make tactical and technical decisions related to cement job design
• Develop, review, and improve cementing job designs based on operational requirements
• Coordinate day-to-day activities of personnel involved in job and resource planning
• Validate job proposals and assess technical requirements against available resources
• Review service delivery requirements for each assigned cementing job
• Ensure timely submission of post-job analysis reports and provide recommendations for improvement
• Implement agreed technical improvements for future jobs and share lessons learned with the cementing team
• Review and ensure submission of success stories, case histories, and industry technical papers
• Review and update BOD reports, ensuring coverage across all fields and well types
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer technical teams to deliver tailored cementing solutions
• Collaborate with drilling and production engineers to align technical solutions with operational and commercial expectations
• Supervise technical investigations of irregular jobs and generate NCRs related to job design and technology
• Lead and close out failure investigations and action items in coordination with customers
• Coordinate with other product lines for detailed job investigations, including cement bond log analysis

• BSc or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant cementing or oilfield engineering experience
• Strong technical knowledge of cementing operations and well construction
• Ability to work independently and lead technical decision-making
• Experience in job design validation, post-job analysis, and continuous improvement processes
• Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to present and justify technical solutions
• Good computer proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
