Epic Piping has an exciting opportunity available for a Drafter to be an integral part of our team. We can meet you at any skill level, whether you are just starting your career or have years of experience under your belt.WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Accurately draw weld maps and spool drawings utilizing Autospool and AutoCAD.
Proficient in reading Piping Isometric Drawings.
Hands-on experience with AutoSpool/Spool Gen software and AutoCAD
Be familiar with client project scope and specifications.
Draw shop pipe fabrication spools from client drawings utilizing AutoCAD.
Do calculations necessary to support assigned work.
Perform drafting to accepted company, client, and industry standards.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
Experience: 2 year of drafting experience in Pipe fabrication
Computer Skills: AutoCAD, Outlook, Excel, and Autospool is preferred.
