• Conduct precise land surveys for bridge, underpass, and roadway projects across Dubai
• Utilize advanced surveying instruments and GPS technology to collect and analyze field data
• Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and plans using approved surveying software
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to provide accurate survey inputs for design and construction
• Ensure full compliance with RTA standards and applicable local regulations for all surveying activities
• Perform quality checks to verify accuracy, consistency, and completeness of survey data
• Maintain, calibrate, and manage surveying equipment to ensure reliable performance
• Assist in resolving discrepancies related to land boundaries, alignments, and elevations
• Support setting-out activities and verification during construction supervision
• Maintain organized survey records, drawings, and digital data files
• Stay current with surveying technologies, methods, and best practices

• Diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related discipline
• Professional certification as a Licensed Land Surveyor
• Minimum 8 years of experience in land surveying with a focus on infrastructure projects
• Proven experience in bridge and underpass surveying
• Middle East or UAE experience preferred, with strong familiarity with Dubai projects
• RTA pre-approval is required
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation quality
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams
