Interior BIM Modeler - 3D Design Coordination - Azizi Developments - Dubai, UAE

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models for interior design components including walls, ceilings, flooring, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures
• Create comprehensive interior layouts covering space planning, cabinetry, and custom design elements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date BIM models aligned with approved design intent and project specifications
• Coordinate closely with interior designers, architects, and engineers to integrate interior systems into the overall building model
• Participate in coordination and clash detection meetings to resolve design conflicts within the BIM environment
• Implement project-specific BIM standards and ensure compliance with established modeling guidelines
• Support the development and execution of BIM Execution Plans across project stages
• Perform regular quality checks to validate model consistency with architectural and engineering requirements
• Conduct clash detection analysis to identify and resolve integration issues
• Prepare detailed documentation including model sheets, schedules, and construction drawing sets
• Generate visualizations, 3D renders, and walkthroughs for internal reviews and client presentations

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering
