- Driving Digital Acquisition and Sales Journey Transformation activities across the public websites and application journeys.
- Key focus on selling unsecured lending products to our NTB customer base.
- Drive the day-to-day execution of Digital Commercialisation programs, marketing consulting, data analysis and complex problem solving, while working closely with the global digital and analytics teams.
- Working with third party partners, aggregators and affiliates to drive forward performance and find new channels for business growth.
- Identify key risks, issues and interdependencies and providing appropriate mitigation strategies or escalating as appropriate.
- Ensuring that all HSBC Wealth and Personal Banking services offer standout customer experience and fully deliver on our brand promise.
- Analysing extensive raw data sets, structuring them and providing actionable insight to help inform the unsecured lending digital sales strategy.
- The role holder will be expected to build strong relationships across both global and local market teams.
- To be successful, the individual must be passionate about creating a digital first mind-set across front-line, product teams and customers, as well as be exceptional at complex problem solving and change delivery. The role holder should also be passionate about customer journey optimization and transforming the digital channel into a high performing sales distribution channel.

- Understanding and knowledge of paid media advertising an advantage
- Consumer financial services industry experience and strong understanding of Digital business, while experience with travel, lifestyle, and/or other consumer product development is a strong advantage.
- Outstanding track record with a digital business and transforming digital sales.
- Experience with A/B Testing and Multivariate Testing solutions. Experience with personalisation projects or programs an advantage.
- Strong quantitative skills and familiarity with statistical analysis or experiment design.
- Working knowledge of the Adobe product suite, Tealium, Looker or relatable MI and analysis tools.
- Strong Commercial focus, ability to balance risks vs. rewards and maximize the cost effectiveness and profitability for the business.
- Pragmatic decision-making skills, with the ability to make clear judgments based on a range of factors, for example commercials, risk, and customer experience determine the implications and make recommendations as needed.
- Innovative with the ability to approach things differently or do different things to deliver goals.
- High levels of resilience and self-motivation.
- The ability to quickly understand customer and operational considerations.
- University bachelor’s degree.
