Job Description :Hiring a Chief Financial Officer to join our clients' Dubai-based organisation.This is a key leadership role with direct impact across the group’s financial direction and growth.What we're looking for:✔️12–15 years of senior finance leadership experience, ideally within a holding group or multinational✔️Proven success overseeing group-level finance across multiple entities✔️Strong expertise in financial strategy, M&A, budgeting, fundraising, risk management and IFRS compliance✔️Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop high-performing teamsThis role reports directly to the Group CEO and plays a critical role in shaping the long-term financial health of the business.
