Today, we're driving the energy transition with more than 30,000 of the brightest minds across 54 countries.Here, what you do matters.Job Overview:With Unprecedented activity load in 2024, 2025, there is excellent opportunity for McDermott to optimize offshore execution with portfolio approach that will result in saving millions of dollars for McDermott by improving operational efficiency through improvising workflows, processes, execution plan synergies across projects etc.To achieve the same, there is requirement of a senior level strategist with experience in offshore execution plan validation of multiple scopes/ projects/ 3rd party suppliers, and who can drive the implementation of the same across projects with extensive interface management.This strategist also requires having knowledge of industry, competition, vessels across availability and capability across region along with experience of working with customers like ADNOC, NOC, ARAMCO etc.Responsibilities:Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Offshore Execution Plan review and Optimization
  • Strategies Offshore synergies among many projects for maximizing utilization of Marine Vessel Spreads
  • Business Case preparation for acquiring Long Term Charters for 3rd party Marine spreads
  • Operational cost optimization initiative's business cases preparation
  • Controlled implantation of Cost Optimization Strategies for Marine operations and project executions
Qualifications:Essential Qualifications and Education:
  • An Engineering Degree
  • 15 years of experience with minimum 10 years in offshore industry
  • Experience of working with Clients for execution plan management of Field Development Programs
  • Willing to visit offshore work locations
  • Experience in cost control and scheduling will be preferred
