- Lead and manage procurement projects, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery.
- Drive sourcing processes, contract management, vendor onboarding, and commercial procurement activities.
- Manage both direct and indirect procurement as well as inventory management.
- Work closely with clients to design and reengineer processes for improved efficiency.
- Provide integration expertise between procurement, sourcing, and other SAP modules such as Project Systems, Finance, and Maintenance.
- Develop process designs, requirement documents, and functional specifications.
- Handle WRICEF requirements, FSD preparation, and configuration recommendations.
- Oversee master data migration and define cutover strategies for procurement solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in real estate and construction projects where procurement plays a critical role.
- Ensure alignment with SAP Material Management, Inventory Management, vendor onboarding, spend analysis, and category management processes.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in procurement with at least 4 lead roles in end-to-end projects.
- Strong expertise in SAP Material Management, Inventory Management, and procurement sub-modules.
- Hands-on experience in WRICEF, configuration, master data migration, and cutover strategies.
- Knowledge of sourcing solutions, vendor onboarding, tendering, and spend analysis.
- Consulting experience with proven ability to reengineer processes and implement improvements.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Real estate or construction industry experience is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to work onsite in Dubai and meet clients daily.
