- Lead, inspire and support the creative team in the development and execution of projects, ensuring creative output is consistent and high-quality across the region.
- Oversee and help in the execution of social media & digital content creation while ensuring social best practices and platform specific features are followed across.
- Conceptualization and execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment with regional market trends and consumer insights.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to refine creative strategies, with a focus on regional market dynamics and opportunities for innovation.
- Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for projects spanning multiple markets, maintaining strict adherence to deadlines and brand standards.
- Implement efficient workflow processes to enhance team productivity and facilitate seamless collaboration across regional projects.
- Conduct reviews of creative outputs, offering guidance and feedback to ensure work is culturally relevant and aligned with market-specific brand guidelines.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting professional growth and cross-market understanding.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field is preferred.
- At least 6 years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a proven track record of managing projects across multiple markets in an advertising agency environment.
- Expertise in design principles, brand strategy, and creative conceptualization with a deep understanding of the region.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Primarily Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects) and other design tools.
- Deep understanding of Gen-AI and emerging tech and tools.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects across different markets simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience in guiding and motivating a diverse creative team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adept at working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects, with emphasis on work that spans across different cultures and markets.
