- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment in all spa areas, including locker rooms and relaxation lounges.
- Act as a host in the locker room and relaxation areas, serving refreshments, offering amenities, and ensuring guest comfort.
- Prepare treatment rooms in accordance with established guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor spa ambiance, ensuring appropriate temperature, lighting, music, and overall atmosphere.
- Support spa therapists and team members to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory control and restocking of spa supplies and retail products.
- Report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly to management.
- Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on spa services, promotions, and wellness trends.
- Help implement spa promotions and support special events.
- Maintain accurate guest records to personalize future visits.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Perform daily opening and closing duties to prepare the spa for smooth operation.
- Previous experience in hospitality or spa environment preferred
