- Maintain accurate documentation and records for all cases handled
- Contribute ideas to improve screening procedures and system performance
- Help implement recommendations from compliance reviews and audits
- Support internal projects related to compliance system upgrades
- Bachelor's degree in banking, management, finance, or related discipline
- At least 1 year of compliance or monitoring experience in the banking sector
- Basic understanding of AML/CFT and screening frameworks
- Strong communication, documentation, and analysis skills
- Ability to work independently and meet daily review targets
- Comfortable using monitoring tools and databases
