Job title: Legal CounselResponsibilities include but ot limited to:1. Provide advice and counsel for global operational and strategic legal matters and ensure thatthe company's business decisions and actions comply with the laws and regulations of theUAE.2. Interact with various departments within the business on a daily basis.3. Bachelor's Degree in Law from an accredited law school and 3 to 5 years of corporatelaw experience.4. Knowledge of Legal principles and practices, including contract, employment, administrativeand business law and procedures.5. Knowledge of local laws, codes and regulations.6. Conducting legal research and reviewing company's litigation strategy pertaining to legalactions.
