YOUR PROFILEEducation & Experience• Director: 10+ years of experience with client-facing leadership in consulting or industrywith supply chain focus.• Manager: 5+ years of experience in supply chain strategy, consulting, or transformationroles.• Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or Operations Research.• Prior experience in consulting or large-scale industrial transformation is highly preferred.• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, from shop floor toboardroom.• Passion for innovation, problem solving, and delivering measurable business impact.Technical & Industry Expertise• Deep expertise in at least two supply chain-specific areas: demand planning, S&OP,logistics optimization, sourcing, inventory management.• Knowledge of relevant technologies and tools (e.g., ERP, advanced planning systems,analytics/BI platforms).Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and delivermeasurable financial and operational improvements.Languages & Mobility• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.• Experience in or strong interest in the Middle East industrial market
