· Coordinate with the project manager, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.
· Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
· Manage subcontractors and laborers to ensure efficient and productive work.
· Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and materials.
· Resolve any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
· Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
· Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and other stakeholders.
· Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.Requirements· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
· 5-10 years of experience in building construction, with a focus on luxurious villas, palaces, or high-rise buildings.
· Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
· Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, techniques, and practices.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Valid professional engineer license (PE) is preferred.
