Job DescriptionTo conduct regular reviews and revisions of ADCB HR policies and procedures, identifying and implementing updates in order to support the aspects of HR regulatory framework, operational risks, compliance and maintaining high standards of HR compliance and forward thinking policies/practices and ensure the bank moves towards a robust corporate HR Governance culture.Skills

At least 5 years of experience as a HR Generalist, HR operational experience in employee in compliance, branch or operations department.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related subject matter
