  • Manage project interfaces between ADNOC Group companies, contractors, and external entities to meet objectives.
  • Lead identification of gaps in project design, documentation, and specifications to ensure alignment with technical and operational requirements.
  • Conduct reviews of technical submissions from project teams before further internal review and approval.
  • Resolve project conflicts related to technical specifications and overlapping construction activities.
  • Participate in HAZOP, risk reviews, and SIMOPS workshops, ensuring timely implementation of recommendations.
  • Oversee the handover of technical documentation, spare parts, and training from projects to end users.
  • Manage warranty issues with vendors and negotiate solutions with end users.
  • Supervise site fabrication, installation, and pre-commissioning activities safely and within budget.
  • Lead construction strategy reviews, coordinate meetings with EPC contractors, and ensure subcontractor compliance with ADNOC standards.
  • Approve design variations and evaluate cost impacts prior to implementation.
  • Support tender evaluation processes for EPC contractor selection.
  • Manage team performance, succession planning, and Emiratization initiatives in collaboration with HR.
  • Monitor budgets, highlight variances, and implement effective cost control.
  • Encourage innovation, process improvements, and continuous efficiency enhancements.
  • Promote a strong HSE culture, ensuring compliance with ADNOC safety standards and international best practices.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management, including interface and construction management within the oil and gas industry.
  • Minimum 4 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience with project planning software and project cost controls.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP or PMI-SP are preferred.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record in resolving technical issues, managing contracts, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
