- Maintenance of HVAC Systems
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on various HVAC units including split systems, package units, and central AC systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Clean coils, filters, and condenser units as part of scheduled maintenance.
- HVAC Repair & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and repair faults in AC and refrigeration systems.
- Respond to service requests and breakdowns in a timely and professional manner.
- Replace defective parts such as compressors, motors, fans, and thermostats.
- Record and report issues, work performed, and parts used.
- Installation Works
- Install new HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, and electrical components.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Coordinate with other trades (electrical, civil, etc.) during installation projects.
- Transport tools, equipment, and HVAC units safely to and from job sites.
- Drive company vehicle for pick-up and delivery of materials and spare parts as required.
- Ensure proper maintenance of the company vehicle (cleanliness, fuel, servicing, etc.).
- Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations while driving.
- Follow safety protocols while handling electrical systems and refrigerants.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company standards and local regulations.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration & AC
- A Valid UAE Driving License ( Manual )
- 12 years of experience
- Good navigational ability and a team player.
- Physically Fit and with strong work ethic.
- Keen Time management, reliability and dependability
- Patience, quick thinking and good judgement.
- Honesty, responsibility and good communication skills
- Ability to navigate, communicate with others, manage time, and comply with regulations
