- Diagnose and manage endocrine and metabolic conditions including diabetes, thyroid disorders, and hormonal imbalances
- Conduct detailed outpatient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic investigations for accurate clinical decisions
- Prescribe and monitor medications while guiding patients on lifestyle and preventive care
- Manage long-term follow-up for chronic conditions ensuring continuity of care
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Stay updated with advancements in endocrinology through continuous medical education
- Support patient engagement and ensure high standards of ethical and clinical practice
- MBBS or equivalent with specialization in Endocrinology
- DHA license or eligibility to practice in Dubai
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience at specialist level
- Strong clinical expertise in outpatient endocrinology care
- Experience handling high patient volumes in community clinic settings
- Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
- Fluency in English, Arabic is an advantage
- Clinical diagnosis and endocrine disease management
