Parts & Service Sales Representative (PSSR)

• Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key clients across the rental, construction, oil & gas, and defense sectors.
• Promote genuine company and Perkins spare parts to maximize sales and improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth in aftermarket services.

• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their operational needs and providing effective solutions.
• Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and recommend optimized spare parts stocking plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing technical support, and offering tailored product and service solutions.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to identify potential business opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
• Recommend improvements to sales strategies and inventory planning based on customer demand and market conditions.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product support sales within the diesel generator industry.
• Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with Perkins diesel generators, including sales, spare parts, and service support.
• Proven track record in spare parts sales; experience in engine repowering will be considered an added advantage.
• Experience working with clients in rental power, construction, oil & gas, defence.
• UAE market experience is preferred.
• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
