Salary: AED 5500 per month (housing and transpo included)We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join the team at a prestigious high-end Italian dining outlet in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate chef to further develop their culinary skills under the guidance of experienced senior chefs while delivering authentic Italian cuisine.Key Responsibilities1. Support Your Section
- Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standards.
- Maintain knowledge of all recipes and products in your section, following preparation techniques precisely.
- Ensure speed, accuracy, and consistency in service while minimizing waste.
- Help train and support Commis Chefs in your section.
- Apply experience in Italian cuisine or Italian-inspired outlets to create dishes that reflect authenticity and attention to detail.
- Use traditional Italian ingredients and techniques to maintain the outlet’s culinary identity.
- Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols at all times.
- Properly store and label ingredients, ensuring freshness and avoiding cross-contamination.
- Keep workstations clean and organized before, during, and after service.
- Work closely with your section leader and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Communicate effectively during busy periods to maintain flow and efficiency.
- Mandatory: Currently residing in Dubai.
- Mandatory: Experience in an Italian restaurant or Italian-inspired outlet.
- Prior experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work under pressure.
- Passion for high-quality cuisine and presentation.
